Concept & Vision
As the area experienced significant growth in high-end villas and condominium developments, the absence of a dedicated commercial hub became evident. In collaboration with the client, we developed a vision to transform a limited parcel of land into a functional, aesthetically refined community center that enhances both convenience and lifestyle.
