Our firm was entrusted with the execution of the final design development and construction executive drawings for the new Wendy’s Arrival and Departure locations at the Princess Juliana International Airport.
In addition to the architectural and technical documentation, we also led the Project Management and Construction Supervision services, ensuring that every phase of the project met the strict operational standards and brand requirements associated with one of the world’s most recognized fast-food franchises.
One of the project’s greatest challenges was the demanding construction schedule and highly sensitive airport environment. All construction activities had to be carefully coordinated during late-night working hours in order to avoid disruption to daily airport operations, passenger circulation, and enhanced security protocols. Managing crews, equipment logistics, and phased execution within an active international airport required meticulous planning, precision, and constant coordination with multiple stakeholders.
Despite these complex logistical constraints, the project was successfully completed on schedule and to the highest quality standards. Today, Wendy’s at Princess Juliana International Airport stands as a landmark example of a modern fast-food concept integrated within one of the Caribbean’s most iconic airports.
