Diego came to Sint Maarten in the year of 2002 to participate in the construction of Aquamarina Complex. With a background in Civil Engineering & Architecture he realized the island was lack of many professional services as also construction updated techniques that could save cost in the projects, that's how in 2004, he created AREA as an independent firm to give professional services as also bring new ways of construction to the island that could be more reliable, cost saver and secure. His experience range from architectural design to project planning & management, qty surveying and cost efficiency. Diego had participated in commercial and residential projects not only in St Maarten but also in St Barths, St Thomas as also some projects in South America and the USA in the state of Arizona.

Dario came to Sint Maarten in 1998 to supply the Steel Structural elements for the Royal Islander “La Terrasse” and shortly after erecting the complete structure. He is an accomplished Civil Engineer with 50 years of experience in large-scale projects. His degree in Civil Engineer is from Universidad Central de Venezuela with 2 Master in Structural Engineering & Industrial Engineering in California at STANFORD University. His vast expertise in complex concrete and steel structures makes him one of the few engineers with more expertise in the Caribbean region.

Diego Kerzer is an Architect with an extensive experience in the Architectural/ Construction field, having working with professionals and locations from different part of the world. Originally from Argentina he posses a Master Degree in Architecture from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA) an he is currently undergoing his certification with the Canadian Architectural Board. Diego arrive on the island in the 2000's where he had been engaged in a wide of projects including commercial, residential and the iconic Aquamarina Complex. His experience range from concept and design to implementation of technical details, building permits, also rendering and virtual reality.

Miguel is an architect with a strong vision dedicated to the functionality and function of spaces. With a strong background in 3D renderings, Visual Effects, Virtual Reality, and 3d models using the latest programs and technology available. Also, he has experience in lighting design and landscaping, making any project come to life and have a unique visual experience for our clients.
